OK so I found out today that the factory have said the 280 badges are going to be a while yet. Possibly around July.

Scott

Seriously for some badges ?
Hate to think what else they missed off your car Scott

I wonder if the dsg came out first because they forgot to order the clutch pedals ? Lol

Look at it the other way his car still hadn't arrived, calls the dealer "Sorry not until July, it's made and ready to ship but it's waiting on a delivery of '280' badges"!

Are Seat releasing a new colour for the cupra? Keep seeing "special solid white" appearing as an option on web sites like drivethedeal etc. But can't see it on the seat web site!

I'm not sure it is actually, the special solid white is listed as a £175 option, where as the dynamic is shown as £695...

Pretty sure DTD have listed the special solid white (aka candy white, I reckon) all along. I'm sure it was listed when I was looking to order a couple of months back. It isn't listed on the seat website and I reckon is a mistake on DTD part.

Well I thought it may be a mistake, but I've also seen the same on a few other sites, like broker4cars, dsgautos and leasecar.co.uk. Perhaps they all have the same feed for the configuration options and it's wrong?

I've Ordered my car through the NHS leasing scheme and I just realized I picked that color :|

MANUFACTURER=Seat MODEL=Leon Sport Coupe 2.0 TSI Cupra 280 3dr DSG Coupe BODY COLOUR=Special solid - white INTERIOR COLOUR=Cloth - Black EXTRAS=Seat sound pack (spacesaver spare wheel with sound pack)

I hope to god that its not the dodgy grey/silver color. I just want white! :O

Does anyone know for sure what it is?

mine showed up as special solid white on my order form but its just normal non-metallic white, proper special white was £950 (golf) and looks silver in sunlight, so whats the point in that i wonder
