The VF35 will spool up quickly but I dont think it will make the power you are after. I had a VF35 but never fitted it.

im getting it quited cheap under 250 so cant complain if i see 320-330 for now with good torqe that will be good...also will i need to upgrade diff? and whats the best clutch and fly?

I dont think you would see more then 310-315bhp to be honest. Clutch wise im running the Jabbasport sinlge mass flywheel and paddle clutch, cant complain at all

In a few of the Audi/Elise cars I've built I've used a few Mitsubishi TD05 18G's with a 7 cm exhaust housing. Very quick spool and pretty good power. Nearly makes the 350 BHP you are after.
