2.0TDI 184ps Remaps?

Rumour has it that the latest 2.0tdi CR 184ps now has stage 1 ECU remapping available!

I was down at the local indy in Telford who are Shark Performance dealers, & apparently Shark have now released this software.

Anyone else heard this?

I've not heard that anyone else has managed to get the software out yet!

I too am waiting for a remap to be released, I know dtuk have their tuning box released

I heard at GTI international today 184 mapping is available must be shark

ive has a look on sharks website and the leon 5f hasn't been updated so I've emailed them

*UPDATE* yes the 184 has been cracked by shark, £649 is a bit steep though?

well it was 30% off at inters which wouldve been £454, not that that helps you now obviously

I'll get the graph pulled from the dyno for you tomorrow brobbo, we've been busy getting everything back in order after inters.
Our Octavia 184 has the map on it and it does drive very well, I was fortunate enough to drive it to Inters and even loaded up it went very well!

oh thats very kind of you, i would image it would being +120nm of torque

It has more to give than that as well with a little help from a few mods
We should be turning our attention to the 150bhp CR engines as well shortly so watch this space!

a few mods being?

For a 2.0 diesel is sure has a lot of power/torque
I'm coming from a focus 1.6tdci with 115bhp so its quite something.

Mostly induction and exhaust work to begin with but it looks very promising so far. As I said I was lucky enough to drive it to Inters (and to various parts suppliers) and it has been excellent so far.

only slightly, first time i had a drive it scared me lol
couldn't believe diesels could be so refined and smooth, yet kick you in the back when you floor it.

how is the map itself? like standard but more powerful?
