I have a 2015 Seat Leon Fr TDI 2.0 TDI CUNA engine code
Hello there I have recently had some pressurisation of the cooling system causing a 1.6 bar rated cap to break and coolant to be released from the system. I managed to get the car switched off before the system had fully drained and ran hot. I have taken it to a garage who have diagnosed the issue as early headgasket failure. The quote I have received is £2750 including vat all in for the Parts £690+vat and Labour £1600+vat.
The garage is local to me and have done work in the past for me with no issues so they are ideal but I am just wondering if anyone has had this work or similar carried out recently and how much you paid.
