no idea what that is ?

My bad, it's the Remus one I talked about on my first post (796010 0584CS).

Just to clarify, the OEM Cupra exhaust (1P1072007), which also happens to be a Remus, does not provide any performance benefits but has a better sound, and if I wanted to go for this mod I should go for a BCS/Milltek one if I'm looking for performance as well?

in a word. yes.

your standard downpipe is 69mm, the BCS/Miltek downpipe/exhaust is 76mm.....and that remus one is 84mm. Not sure if it would be able to mate to the OEM downpipe??

Just go for miltek/BCS full exhaust lol :p

I prefer a well lubricated set of bongos tbh

LOL nice :cartman:

Cheers mate, but my current downpipe is not OEM, it's an APR 3" one :funk:

A full turboback is out of question right now (too poor too get one ), I'm only looking for a decent catback to get better sound and performance.

Question is, which one would be best for my petrol 2.0 TSI? The Remus, the OEM Cupra R, or the milltek/BCS one?

FFS i've already told u lol, the OEM cupra r one is smaller diameter than the bcs/miltek so it wont be as good

I went from BCS 3" downpipe with OEM back box to BCS 3" full system and it defo feels a bit quicker.

OK, got it. Since I don't have anyone down here who can import a BCS or a Piper one, a Milltek one will have to be.

Now the interesting part: Considering my Leon is not an actual Cupra R, will it require a major mod to have it fitted, besides the diffuser?

nope. just diffuser and cat back

The only thing that dictates whether you have the centre exit or a side exit is the rear valance and diffuser

Can any tell me the part number to the genuine valance may as well just get new one and fit with diffuser in one go

Old thread and all, but the main (and massive) restriction on the petrol FR and Cupra comes from the terrible downpipe. The OEM system is 2.25" but the bend in the downpipe actually reduces to less than 1.5" at its minimum.

Proper 3" downpipe and sports cat/decat gives you all the performance, cat-back is just for aesthetics.

Hi mate, this is the part number you're requiring: 1P08075219B9

So you're saying a 3" catback won't make any real difference performance-wise, mate?
