Which spring are those? The red ones i mean.

If you aren't going to use Them again would you ship them to Denmark? :)

Hi Pal,

Have you had any problems with misfires?

I have been reading that we should change to R8's Ignition Coil Packs (06E905115E)... did you replace them? Or are you still using the ones that came with the car?

Cheers!

The red R8 Coil packs are identical to the standard 2.0 TFSI ones. Only difference is the color red.

By the "Mexicano" , nice build !

Are you shure?!?!

Because the originals in my car are: 06H 905 115 B (Almost all plastic made)

While the R8's are: 06H 905 115 E (Big part of the "coil tube" is made out of aluminium)

And price is different...

Well, it seems as I might be wrong then. I've been reading that the R8 coil packs have lower impedance, thereby they will allow the spark plug to generate a stronger spark. I would like to see a dyno proving that they generate more power, let me know if you have one =). By the way, R8 spark plugs come standard on some diesel engines and others so not R8 specific.
