Just been looking at cat back exhausts for our facelift FR and the piper "0" silence seems very competitive on price.

I am not after anything too loud and have concerns on how loud this may be does anyone have any real reviews of this setup.

I had a cobra system on our previous Clio sport and that used to make my ears bleed! I don't want that again.

Iv got a piper on my mk4 ibiza cupra 1.8 20v t, loud is an understatement, I put a silencer in it and it only dulled it down alittle, up to now iv set 2 car alarms off and a house alarm off, constantly get comments about how loud it is on boost

Thanks for the sound clip and yes that does sound loud, possibly on par with the Cobra Sports system I had previously.

I've got a Milltek full-resonated system, with Sport Cat. It's just about right for me, low rumble on start up and tick over, no droning one normal driving, only really gets loud when throttle is opened up. My mates who like their exhausts loud think it's a bit quiet, but it's fine for me. I had it previously as a cat back, before I added the downpipe. It was a bit too quiet at that point though.

Cheers Chino, was cat back about the same as standard then?

Any ideas if the mk3 system will fit the Mk4?

Slight bit throatier but not much, bear in mind that is the resonated one. Non res would be louder. Then louder still should you decide to add down pipe at some point.
