I don't even have the time to fix it myself.
I suppose i'll just have to collect it and live with a rattle on it for the next 30 months

I've have a rattle on my current car (vw bora) from new, which I've had for 10 years, you get used to it eventually!! Though every now and then it gets a little louder, at those times I think..'oo I must sort out that annoying rattle' then I forget about it!
Impressive, I really can't bear mine..
It's worse that I paid for the SEAT Sound System, and I can't use it fully because it just makes everything rattle...
And I can't really fault mine (Lancaster in Milton Keynes). They're better than average.
mine was built 2nd week of January and i've no issue with any SS induced rattles even up to significant volumes. i do notice the creaks and rattles though when the audio is off mostly from the dash - the interface between the hard and soft plastic joints around the instrument cluster. door cards were supposed to have been sorted several weeks ago but the dealer just relocated the rattle to another area of the door lolI also ordered the sound system, so I hope I don't just get a bunch of rattling when listening anything a little louder.
I must have been a lucky one too. A mid/late 2014 build. So far it has rattled less than my Audi Black Edition i had and definitely less than the WRX STI!!!
Does having full leather make a difference? I have heard that in some cars before.
