They are indeed looks a quality bit of kit [B)]

Ha ha lol did you like the spoon duster Andy?

Just added a flick spoon
could have dealt with the devil pianist kids Sunday.....
p.s the weather was lovely yesterday, was you still there Sun when it started snowing?

Have to admit I'm thinking the flick spoon would be easier to use as you'd have a better grip

Just as I left it was starting mate, couldn't bloody believe it I've never seen it like that up there! Just glad I wasn't on my bike like the poor sod who nearly dropped his brand new R1

Oh the flick spoon, ideal for any biker stuck in the snow.

When me and our lass set off it started to sleet/snow, I thought I'll get out of here. With a little wheel spin(not intensional) I was away.

AKS are brilliant, I ordered my ARP head and crank bolts from them and they was delivered the next day. Awesome service. I can see me needing a clutch like that before the end of the year.......

Mr R1 could have done with a set of ratchet straps:) seriously thought that's going to eat concrete any minute

Motor looks sweet rolling on the new wheels Lee as you drove off into the mist ha ha.

Will now be searching what's the best/safest way to run in a new clutch as I've never had to do it before

Will keep you posted on my thoughts once fitted buddy.

Cheers Lee, yeah I wanted to make it absolute clear that it was my choice to put the power through standard running gear. As people can take things the wrong way sometimes :)

Looking forward to seeing the video Nige did as it sounded immense as she came up the road

People can definitely take things the wrong way, that's the trouble when not actually being able to hear people speak, when you get to say what you want you can generally tell what someone means, though when typed depended on how it is it can easily misinterpreted :D (I've been a culprit many times hehehe!)

Say, I forgot to ask haha, did you ask Nige what he thought concerning Mk1 exhaust systems?

Mate, that sounds lovely jubbly! :D

How did you get on with changing the clutch parts? Was it a nice simple job or not?

Cheers Lee IMO it's just right ie not overly intrusive and gives a great burble on idle and epic noise on boost.

He said they can pretty much do any system mate so not a problem there buddy.

Clutch isn't being done until the 9th of May that is the earliest Demon Performance can do it.

So you could drive the car up to the Scottish meet at the Melville Inn, Lasswade on the 10th may, to run the clutch in then.:D:D:D

Sweet :)

As for what Nige said, that's awesome, when I've got all my finances stable and got a few things done to the car first I'll have to speak to him concerning what he can do for me :D

Ahh, well at least you know it'll be rocking sweet and I like what Seastormer suggested for you to do haha! A nice good run in for the new treat! ;-D
