Use to run my 3 series on tesco diesel, changed to regular shell for a bit and the car ran noticeabley better and engine was quieter.
Continued to use it ever since and then when I bought the FR only use shell

Shell Nitro+

Used to swear my Tesco Momentum but then did some logging with VRS Northampton and decided that Nitro+ was a lot better.

I'm generally using costco premium derv at the moment but when I'm not using that it's Shell Nitro+

Eh? So Costco is now getting into the fuel selling act, mind you it might take a while to filter up here, I think Liverpool was one of Costco's first sites in UK ie when they first appeared 40 odd years ago.

Edit:- sorry, missed the fuel question, for 2011 Audi S4 and 2015 VW Polo 1.2TSI 110PS and 2009 SEAT Ibiza 1.4 85PS, I aim to stick with ESSO UL and use Mobil One 5W-30 oil.

Yep the petrol is a reasonably new addition, it's super cheap too. Think regular unleaded was at 1.02 last week. Derv 1.05 last time. They only do the one derv, it's "premium" tho apparently.

I go for BP ultimate unleaded for the Nectar points.
They say don't drink and drive, so I drive TO drink. Crates of wine using Nectar ( via Avios) points!

I've used Tesco Momentum99 since day one, so I can't actually be sure it offers any benefit as I've nothing to compare it to. The car runs great on it though, so I stick to it.

Like andrewJB I used to run Tesco as the MINI was far better on it than She'll Optimax.

Did the same with the Cupra and was averaging 250-260 miles a tank. After reading what Andrew said thought I'd try a month or 2 on Shell Vpower. Now I average 290 miles a tank and car certainly doesn't feel any slower. So Shell ever since.

When I had the Derv Mk2 Leon FR it was Tesco for the clubcard points or anything I could find. It ran like a tank so didn't care :D

Although shell is about 10% more isn't it? So economies even themselves out.

I get around 350 a tank on Tesco momentum when doing long journeys and 320 on shorter ones.

Price was irrelevant, the car clearly prefers the shell stuff, but yes doesn't really cost me any more.

Don't know whereabouts in Liverpool you are but the Haydock Costco has a petrol station, my girlfriend said it was 1.01 when she was there last week

Okay, here is a clue, my displayed location is "South Scotland" - so there is a world outside of Liverpool!
Anyway, what I was surprised about and not questioning was that Costco in UK operated fuelling stations, when I was in uni a long time ago, there was a guy from Liverpool that used to talk about this weird sounding place called Costco, at that time very few other areas of UK had their own Costco, that is all.
