And so the descent into making your car look like a 1.2 corsa on a cruise commences....

Bit harsh, its not my cup of tea, but that's what makes us all different and it's nice to see what other people do to their leons
Also this is the "what did you and your Leon do today" thread.
Not the "please comment on if you think my car mods are sh*t" thread :) ;)

So I found a little bit of smoke tint from my old car so I tinted just the clear part of the rear lights. And fitted my wind deflectors

I thought it was just an undertray off job :( hopefully wheel arch will be as easy to remove ;) I had read somewhere the fog light grills would need to come out. I'll get the car on the ramps and look at the job.

Removing all that for the splitter? Gotta be joking!

Stick some self tappers in and save yourself all that hassle. Jobs a good'en

Had one on my mk2 for 18 months held on with self tappers and it was completely solid the day I took it off when selling the car. Will be putting my mk3 one on with self tappers too.

Don't use self tappers for the TRC splitter. Tried that first time and it got ripped off at speed, the plastic is o lying about 3mm thick so there's nothing for the threads to grip. just do it right and bolt it on.

Time to have some new rubber. 31k on my original rear Michelin Primacy 2's and 15ishbout of my continental Sport Contact 3's on the front.

Had looked at some Falken ZE19's but wasn't too sure so went for a full set of Continental Sport Contact 5's at £97 each fitted/balanced etc.

Still need to get my door fixed after having it caved in.

Also need to fix my parcel shelf after the latch the blind pulls into has dropped out.

If you meant ZE912, then you did yourself a favour by not getting them. My experience of those on a Mk1 was a disaster. I couldn't wait to get rid of them. In the wet, they were completely shite
