Hello to all I am a happy owner of seat Leon fr 1.8 2017 facelift car.And I'm already searching for a remap.I have some choices such as Revo ,Apr and a Greek one called Etuners that has already remapped many gen3 EA888 engines and they were really co operative with me with my last car.Which one would you suggest me?maybe guys who have already tried them could help.Thank you!

Here in America (USA, Mexico and some others) the most popular brand is APR, Revo is also a well known brand and reputable, but for us there are more dealers of APR, what I suggest is to get the one that can give you better support.

I have had APR and REVO on my ea888 gen 3 Cupra, APR is the choice for me! I previously had APR on 2.0TFSI MK2 Leon Cupra R as well.

I see E-Tuners are now offering tunes for Cupra as they are mapping Hurdy's car very well!

The best advise I can give is choice the tuner who has a shop closest to you!

Thank you for your fast response.Actually everyone is next to me and everyone promised the same numbers(about 230-240 ps).So i will close my eyes and choose!

I live in Greece. So everything worked fine with both?and did u replace only turbo with is20 or you replaced more things like exhaust, intake, clutch ,etc...?

etuners can get you down the road if you are looking for a turbo swap.
Mine has an intake, downpipe, and some minor things, but IS20 or even IS38 does not need any hardware, goes bolt-on, only software remap is needed.
But for sure you will get more out of it with intake / exhaust upgrades.
300-325 with IS20 and 350-360 with IS38

I'm starting just with a stage 1 but later why not swapping with is20 or is38 turbo?i think the only issue on manual would be the stock clutch.I don't know what's the torque limit for it .

I have just bought a TDI tuning box the CRDT2. Supposed to be decent. Will post and feedback once fitted/tested.

Have you not thought about a box as opposed to a Re map?
