Hi everyone

My name is Daryl and I’m from West Brom in the Midlands if anyone local is on here

I have just purchased myself a 03 plate mk1 Cupra R with a lot of goodies.

I’m trying to upload photos but I’m on my phone and don’t seem to know how to do it. ‍

Will post some up as soon as I figure out how too and do a write up of my future plans.

welcome to the forum we have a number of members in the midlands and a few guys with great mk1 completed and being built so lots of info to help you. what color red is your car it looks very smart

Hi guys, thanks for you welcome and your help Just tried uploading a photo using that guide, didn’t help lol so I think I will have to log on my laptop at some point and try on there!
theoldboy, as for the colour, I couldn’t honestly tell you the specific name for it. I just know it’s red and it was polished and waxed etc before I brought it

Welcome mate, I'm only over Darlaston so down road from you, I got a 2004 Ibiza Cupra PD160. Currently off the road due to a dead clutch CSC which is getting replaced today.

Ain't sorted it cause the rain so.... probs gonna need help with it if I'm honest, lol but yeah.... Soon I hope, got a few more parts to sort with it as well. Loads of stuff, not enough time lol

I don't mind teaching you a few things pal, I'll even help out with your car as much as I can when need be as a thank you for your help, I wouldn't charge people on here or friends for repairing there cars, they wouldn't with me so I won't with them, that's how the car community grows and gets better, if I can do my part then yeah.
