Thank you for the reply.
Il have a check on these tomorrow. Sounds abit silly but what am I looking out for (I'm new to all this)
First thing to check and will cost you nothing are the holes in the lower door seal itself are free of crap.
You don’t take them off mate, run your finger in the seals gap and you will come across the holes. Make sure they are clean. How easy are the seals to get back on?

You're best doing all 4 doors I'm afraid. Front door leaks can also trickle into the rear foot wells

The holes are there, they are just often difficult to find. The first pic is of the seal, the second pic is looking down inside a stripped out door.
This is the kind of sealant you need. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/HIGH-PERFORMANCE-BUTYL-SEALANT-MASTIC-TAPE-8MM-X-6-METERS-LENGTH-GREY/332389805180?_trkparms=aid=111001&algo=REC.SEED&ao=1&asc=20160811114145&meid=12980f87771040a3a5245d126321003e&pid=100667&rk=1&rkt=4&mehot=pp&sd=332389805180&itm=332389805180&pmt=0&noa=1&pg=2334524&_trksid=p2334524.c100667.m2042
All 4 doors now have clean drain holes. All the day 2 day crap all blown out with a air gun and seals all cleaned with brake cleaner. Then car washed with a industrial jet wash and by the looks of it no leak.
Unless it's been sealed with the butyl, then chances are it will still leak even with the drain holes unblocked mate. i will keep my fingers crossed for you though.
