Well that's the one the connect services runs on I reckon. The other software for the system will be in your normal VCDS modules, the eSim connect services must be in the mib3 firmware (the software... in this example 0777) but someone publishing a vcds scan or Odbeleven showing the modules would be interesting. That’s just the infotainment system, right?
Probably left it out of the program. Does a mib3 reboot to a long press on the on / off like mib2, could try that to cause it to restart the software. Thats the mib2 fix to strange behaviour. About 5 second or so hold on the standby button. Normally get a clunk from the speakers when it restarts and the screen loads up. Shorter hold doesn't do that just turns it off or on which ever is the opposite.
Holding(touching) the power button for around 8 seconds does do a full reboot, screen goes black followed by seat logo
Did it then show Philk's missing stuff if you too had it missing ?. Need to keep an eye open for missing menus that are documented in the manual as software releases increment just in case they are suppose to be in there as per the documentation, logo import and offline map import are two.
Nope mine looks exactly the same as Philk's
Same software version, but with hardware and software as unknown.
They use to appear when I first got the car, but only with the ignition on.

Does a full reboot cause any issues (such as logging off the primary user) or does it just carry on cleanly. Wanted to check prior to trying this.
