Are options Packs no more or dealer option only?

One of the most valuable things for me in our Ibiza has been the Adaptive Cruise Control, which only seems to exist in the UK on the Excellence Lux models. Prior posts here and some online reviews suggest that I can get this with the FR trim (on the Leon at least) if I add the Safety & Driving Pack, but it never appears on the Seat website configuration tool. In fact, nothing beyond colour and engine can be changed on any car I've tried.

Has SEAT UK completely done away with options?

edit: I've just got the PDF brochures and it does list the Packs for the Leon but not the Ibiza. Anyway, are the Packs dead or only in negotiation with dealers?

Yeah i think most options are gone hence the [ez] they add after the cars name.

you basically buy a spec be it se / fr / fr sport / excellence / excellence lux and it is specced accordingly.

it’s to save production costs / times. Build one car over and over again as opposed to differing options.

Makes sense, though I'd assumed the new emissions rules caused it as they didn't want to put cars in for testing with every possible combination of options.

If the packs in the brochure do exist at the dealer, hiding them from online browsers seems a weird marketing strategy. I'd pay an extra £300 for the toy I want, but making it look like I have to pay thousands to go up 3 trim levels just invites me to think about other marques.

Yeah good point it also came from the WLTP

VW and Skoda still do mix and match where seat do things in packs and have a higher base spec to keep customers happy and prices lower than VW and Skoda generally. WLTP also has a big impact
