Replace from ZR_STDNAV with MIB2

Hello everyone. I have a question! I have seat Leon st 2014 mk3 using old ZR_STDNAV system. So my question is: If I buy same system, but mib2 originaly version do I need replace panel screen and it will work or not? Do I have do some unlocks or settings. Images for what my old and what I was think to buy and replace old one, but not Sure gonna work that or not.
