Stuck on loading screen

I’ve Got some problems with the infotainment system. It’s been stuck on the loading screen for about 3-4 weeks now and the screen is un-usable. Any ideas??

Nope, because the button is greyed out. Its stuck on loading screen so i cant do anything

Disconnect the 12V battery. Then hold both poles together for 20 Seconds. This will completely discharge the vehicle. Then wait 14-20 minutes. Reconnect everything. Be careful, you will definitely have a Christmas tree in your speedometer.
