It’s possible the first owner might have spec’d and paid extra for the rear sensors - if so, the sensors will be visible in the rear bumper. If not, it’s a relatively easy car to reverse - a small car with no real blind spots.
As for outside road noise - I think some Ibiza and / or mk3 / mk3.5 Leon forum members have added additional soundproofing to certain parts of the the interior (e.g. spare wheel well, boot floor, inside doors under the rear seat cushion) to reduce transmission of outside road noise to the interior, so maybe something to consider. If you use the forum advanced search facility (accessible from the top right of screen) you should hopefully be able to find the relevant posts.
