Stage 1 without ACT Leon FR 1.4

Hey guys, I have a 1.4 TSI 140bhp wihtout active cylinder technology, engine code CHPA. I'm looking at getting a stage 1 remap and wondering what figures I'd be looking at?

I've seen people say 170bhp with 300nm of torque, I've also spoke to people who have gotten 190bhp and 330nm of torque and they've said they've never had probems and their cars are have over 120k miles...

My car has full service history, brand new iridium NGK spark plugs, fresh oil change etc... It's been kept to a good standard over it's lifetime. I'm currently clocking 96k miles and wondering if a stage 1 would be safe on stock clutch/flywheel?

If there is anyone on here with the same engine as me who have a stage 1, could you please let me know your figures and how it's been treating you :) - Also, if you have a 150bhp ACT verion, I'd also like to know your numbers ;)

I'm leaning towards a rolling road, not a tuning chip. However, if the tuning chips are safe, I might consider one

Thanks

Seriously?

Manual or DSG transmission?
The dry clutch DSG is apparently unhappy with much more torque than the standard tune gives

I'm sure it's a manual box - 'I'm currently clocking 96k miles and wondering if a stage 1 would be safe on stock clutch/flywheel?'.
