On the basis you have the same engine as the Ateca the 'plug & play' DTE Tuning box, available also from Superchips or Diesel Tuning UK, should work.

Stage 1 level plus c.50PS and corresponding torque increase. 😁 😁

Not looking likely at the moment by the looks of things and most roads you look down lead you to a Racingline PCM........

Do you know of anyone running that box on their car….be interesting to see proven figures

By the looks of it a few of the VW clubsport and R owners have used them with good results........never going

Looks like some Vw Clubsport and R owners have used them with good results , ive always had my cars remapped and never had a tunning box fitted to a car before but I suppose its a good stop gap before you can get a proper tune and with Racingline you get that for free once the ecu is unlocked, and i guess it can be removed between services if wanted.

I’m thinking of one of Racingline boxes then I’d imagine tvs engineering will have the tcu sorted first at some point down the line. I’m coming from a 560nm superb so as you can imagine the mid range on the vz3 333 is a bit of a change haha

I use to run a TVS Tcu tune on my old Cupra 300 along side a Revo Stage 1 tune and that worked really well , to he honest ive always had low or highly tunned cars which is great but you can hardly get to use it on the roads anymore and its a real rabbit hole when you start going down that rd lol but now I'm pretty happy with it as it is ........ I think handling and braking mods are a good thing if your into that just to improve the turn in and steering feel etc....

Yea the Skoda had H&R and koni shocks on and to be fair iy was better.
However the only thing I think the vz3 needs is a bit more mid range torque.
Brakes are epic as it’s the akebono 6pots and 375mm discs and the handling is a huge improvement with the torque vectoring diffs

Tuning boxes have come a long way from a box with a single resistor in. I've used a racechip and a DTUK box in the past, both with noticeable results

The ABT power module (or whatever it's called) is nothing more than a very expensive tuning box.

They make a decent alternative to a remap.

I was thinking adjustable top mounts for more negative camber a bit like what the did with the R ST and will most likely do with the upcoming TCR......
