Seat Leon Cupra 300 4Drive – Slight creak when turning steering

Hi everyone,
I'm looking for a bit of advice.
I have a Seat Leon Cupra 300 ST 4Drive (2020). 53k miles

I originally had a creaking noise over bumps from the front suspension and humming noise. Since then I've had the following work carried out

All 4 wheel bearings replaced (FAG)

Both outer track rod ends replaced

Both front shock absorbers replaced (Monroe)

Both front top mounts and bearings replaced (NTN-SNR)

Four-wheel alignment completed

Both from bushes

The garage also checked the drop links and suspension bushes and said they were all fine.

The good news is the original creaking over bumps has completely gone and the car now drives smoothly.

However, I've noticed there's still a slight rubbery creak/groan when turning the steering wheel close to full lock (left or right).

It seems to come from the left-hand front, although it happens when turning in either direction.

It's not a metallic knock or clunk, and the steering feels completely normal. The noise only seems to happen while turning at low speed.

Has anyone else experienced this on a Leon Cupra? If so, what turned out to be the cause?

I get a bit of creaking. Only noticed at very low speed steering. And not all the time. Car is Aug 20, 33k. Haven't looked at it but nothing ever noted on MOT or servicing.

Often is - my Golf's original top mounts would creak on a particular corner/bump combo
on my commute to work, but rarely any other time. Had the front struts replaced recently
when they both started weeping with a set of fancier adjustable dampers and new 'high
quality' top mounts. The car doesn't creak on that particular corner anymore, nor at any
time when going along, but will start creaking and clonking during tight lock-to-lock
parking/shunting, which gets worse in hotter the weather like we're experiencing ATM.

Same had to replace both top mount and both from shockers as they had mist of oil init.

Now the the noise is completely gone.

Driving me mad for the last 2 months

I had a creak whilst slow speed & turning - from my wishbone rubber bushings.
Bushes didn't 'look' too bad - never an advisory on any MOT.
I changed my wishbones as I also had a front end clonk - which was a tiny hole in a ball joint boot - which let water in and knackered my ball joint.
I decided to change the whole arms - rather than just the ball joint - and this also cured my creak.
