Hi all,

Anyone had issues with Cupra Finance ?

Was due to pick up my Formentor VZ5 today but the dealer has informed me that the finance system will not let them complete the paper work so unable to pick the car up

Unable to speak to complaints, apparently they don’t work weekends

If it wasn’t a VZ5 I was buying I’d tell them to shove it

Just Cupra service in General is absolutely rubbish which is a shame as the cars are pretty good......its annoying when things like this happen but good luck.
