No heating

Help, I have a ibiza 1.2 fr 2013 with no heating . Ive been trying to fine the heater control valve ( like one in picture) but can't find it have looked in bulk head uder vent. It losts this type of value for my reg. Cheers in advance.

I didn’t think that these cars had one, they just use flaps to blend HOT and COLD air to achieve the set temperature.
Maybe it is just a temperature flap motor that has failed, these flap motors do tend to fail.
Try demanding Hi wait a minute, then demand Lo and wait a minute, repeat maybe 10 times, doing that might clean up the positional feedback track enough to allow it to work for a “while”. If not it is really failed or another issue.

Thanks for the reply, do you know we're about this motor is under the dash (which side ? Found the circulation motor in passenger side which works. Ive checked heater pipes going into matrix and only left one only gets hot. Ive disconnected them and water flows through them so not blocked. Could the problem be with heater housing on right side of block.

In reality, guessing is not your best plan, scanning this car with a fully VW Group compliant scan tool could reveal what is causing this issue.

Did you have any joy with the heating issue, in the passed I had a similar issue and it was the relay mounted on the front of the battery, behind the headlight was disconnected, reconnected and got a lot hotter, something to do with the split cooling system.

But I am now having a issue 2015 FR 1.2 TSI where the car takes ages to warm up so am investigating too, I also see one pipe hot and the other cold going in the matrix, I am wondering if the cooling system is not closed for initial warm up.
