Hi.

I own a 1.5 Seat Leon FR (150hp) which has a manufacture date of 2020.

I currently have an error code of P0441 and from initial research this is due to overfilling after the petrol pump has clicked. From other forums, it looks like I will need to change the Purge Flow Valve and also the EVAP / Charcoal Canister.

I'm struggling to find the correct parts - if anyone has had the same issue and fixed it please get in touch.

My MOT is early next year so looking to sort asap.

Thanks,
Ben

FYI, the way to fix this is a new revised EVAP canister and engine bay pipework with the N80 valve. There's usually an ECU software update available too, but the underlying cause is the canister being saturated.

Parts from TPS/Local dealer will be the best bet 👍

Hi - Returning to my original post.

This has now been fixed and it was the charcoal cannister. Part was purchased from SEAT Direct for £145. The part was located behind rear wheel lining on driver side. Two hoses to be unplugged and new part fitted nicely.

Blimey, I frequently get two or three clicks out of the nozzle when brimming the tanks of our cars.

Maybe I should just be satisfied with one click and leave it at that!
