My Seat App Driving Data Issue.

The last daily log of mpg & driving data the My Seat app is showing is 31st March, and ive done seve4al drives since.

I've logged out of the app, cleared cache & logged in again but with no success.

Help!

Hi, on the APP, the last info about driving are from 31st of March (Fuel, Energy, Speed, Distance, etc.). I am getting the data from the serbvers into Home Assistant also, and i do get the same info ... so it is definetively a problem with the upload of data from the cars themselves.

Over here no problem.
You can try to do a hard reset on the radio by holding the power button for several seconds. In the past this helped for me

Good to know I'm not the only one having issues, I wonder what has caused the issue.

Will see if it fixes itself after the bank holiday weekend.

Could it be that only certain Leon's or years of leons are effected?

Mines a 2021 leon etsi and is 5 years old in next couple of days.

My car is indeed year old. But is it then that the subscription stops after 5 year and tou need to pay for every year after that

Car was just under 4.5 years old when I purchased it & month later paid for 12 months subscription

Exactly the same issue with 2026 Leon SE. No fuel consumption figures etc., but able to use other features. All stopped working 31st March 2026.

Spoke to Seat Customer Services today and have just checked the app. It is now showing all data including fuel consumption and other data from all of last and this week. So it looks as though the issue has been solved.

The app is intermittent at best. Its like the remote locking it will only work when it feels like it.
