Have you tried adjusting your steering wheel slightly higher or lower that may cure it? Mine buzzes slightly at one particular height and just moving it up a few mm it goes away.
It didn't work with the steering wheel. And with the cards, it's not 100% either.
Thanks for the advice.
The car is three years old and this is happening. I'm afraid to imagine what will happen next. (I'm trying to sell it, but no one is buying it.)

Your car should be under warranty if I'm not mistaken.
Take it in and describe the issue. I took mine to Tallinn Kristiine Topauto multiple times for various audible issues.
EDIT! Wow new cupras got only 3 years warranty??? insane... I just found out so my suggestion is irrelevant.
I sometimes had to put extra effort in it, record good videos of the audio and describe it very well.
It did happen where they said they can't find it. Try to get videos with clearly noticable sound and describe exactly what you do to make it happen plus how it stops.
On one occasion I went on a drive with the employee to show them myself so they don't tell me im imagining things.
The hot weather causes creaks and groans as the plastic expands and shrinks in cars although in my current Ateca no creaking and groaning. Think it was the Altea before... probably not a helpful comment but those movement sounds can be related to the dashboard moving out of alignment and flexing.
They probably have to disassemble the parts that creak and put them back together. I had fun thing with my TV with ABS struts. Assembled it, put the flat screen on the back. 65" a lot of weight hanging. Then decided I wanted to swap the top and bottom shelf to get more space for the centre speaker. Following an Internet review said you could swap part struts. Disassembled it. Rebuilt it. TV back on it. Over days it started to droop.. Not creak. What is was, was the ABS tubes had not locked into position. Held by steel under tension. A lot of weight on the ABS. Taken down again. Carefully rebuilt with the tubes locked in. Steel strap back under tension.... might be something like that where its not sitting correctly when assembled although as said creaks can be seasonable related to hot weather.
