My car is in for service today and also an investigation into the "Wet Windows" problem. My curteosy car is a Feb 58 Freetrack 4 which has a variable distrobution 4x4 system, meaning that upto 50% of engine power goes to the rear wheels. Why dont they put this system in the top power Leon...

hi guys, im new to this site so bear with me lol, ive currently got a Mg ZR that ive completted a turbo conversion from a 220 coupe if you know them? i have done all the mods to the engine to get it just under 240bhp and had the car a year now and im thinking off moving on as i cant increase...

I know this is a little in depth but here goes, would it be possable to convert a fwd leon to 4wd? I'v seen it done on other cars ( a new shape celica springs to mind last year in max power ) and seening how we have numerous cars in the vag range that have it i cant see a problem with parts (...

Can anyone tell me if 1.8 20v FR's are 4wd as it feels like it is when I put my foot down. e.g. the front wheels never lost traction in the wet the other day

why did they never make it over here? i heard somewhere that they make it in spain but its a lot slower and has under 200bhp? is that right?

Has anyone attempted or succeeded in changing a front wheel drive ibiza into either a rear wheel drive or 4 wheel drive version. Would this benefit the car in terms or handling etc. and would anyone say it was better or worse in these different versions? Any views? Also how hard would it be...

When in the dealers the other day ordering the new cars I got chating to the head sales bloke I was given some interesting news. There is speculation among the dealers as Seat have mentioned the Cupra will be getting tarted up in the near future as at the moment is doesn't really stand out...

Was in my local SEAT Dealer on Saturday, picking up my LCR after a service and the two guys on the service desk say to me.. "have you heard about the new 3.3 Leon they're bringing out, engine out of an audi (I wasn't sure Audi did a 3.3 a 3.2 yes but hey) and 4wd". They told me no-one's...

Anyone got one of these? If so what do you think about them. Does anyone know the performance compared to the Cupra Rs and what are the tuning capabilities? I've never seen one of them here in England but seen pics of them abroad; from the outside they look like a Mk2 Leon Cupra. Any help...
