I am thinking of getting a 'shark fin' aerial, but dont know what the hole on the leon roof is like!!?? Is it just a round hole? What size is it? Anyone have a shark fin that they would recommend?

In a fit of lazyness I let a carwash rip my aerial off! It now looks like a little pile of electronics, there'se no black plastic bits left, and receptions unsuprisingly gone. My locaal dealer wants 90GBP to replace the aerial and mount it. Does this sound about right? I'd have a go...

Ok so im about to order a new bee sting aerial but i thought i better check i can get the old standard one off first! So i went down took the old one off with the yank and wiggle manouver .. and it came off fine, but then when i went to screw it back on it will go on but it wont screw up tight...

A mod i was gonna do that i dont know of being done, was buying like a BMW shark fin style aerial and gettin it colourcoded to match the car, i think it would look mint but unsure if it would work, anyone know?

Evening all I've bought myself a nice new stubby aerial, which arried today. All excited, I unpacked it and ran outside to fit it...but...how on earth do you go about getting the original one off? It undoes to a point then won't go any further? Tried searching but to no avail. Am I a dum...

As my previous post was scrapped ive had to repost. Ive tried pulling it off but it looks like im gonna rip the base off. Ive unscrewed it so it folds down to the spoiler. Any ideas?

Hi everyone I've tried searching for this but can't seem to find anything on the FAQ section or otherwise. I recently bought a VAG Aerial Booster for my 52-reg Leon but have no idea where the blue wire connects to? I's made by Connects2 and I bought it off eBay. Seems to work, but I guess...
