I was driving to work this morning and my handbreak light flashed a couple of times and and bleeped. What does this mean?

Hey all, I really want to get the alarm chirp set up, is there someone in the southwest that can do it for me? Or can someone tell me the sequence/codes for turning it on, there is someone that has vagcom that can do it for me but needs to know the correct way to do it thanks :)

i want the car to bleep when unlocking/locking the car, i have a leon cupra 1.8t 2004, i had a search but didnt find it, not to knowledgable on vagcom so a dumb guide would be great. cheers also i have the freeware version if that makes a difference.
