dewiper

Hey guys, was looking to de-wiper the rear on my fr mk2. Could do with some help on how to do it. Havnt really tried to do it myself yet as i will prob brake something lol. If someone could just help me on how to do it and what do u use to block up the hole? Gromit? and what size? Thanks Lee
