alright chaps i own a lcr in red and its got bits of tar on the paint work and i cant seem to get it off any tricks? cheers

Hi all, I have quite a few, and very annoying, black tar like spots over the car. They were on there from when I bought it but, I cannot seem to get rid of them. Ive tried a few things but nothing seems to work?! Any ideas?! Or shall I get a professionl car detailer?! Cheers, Hon

Washed the car the other day and noticed alot of tiny tar marks on lower panels of drivers and passenger front doors. I used some auto glyn Tar Remover and worked into the marks and with some strong elbow work, managed to remove most of them. Is there an easier way to get rid of these...

Whats the best tar spot remover around? My ibiza has picked up loads of little spots recently :( Also is there a cheap source of microfibre cloths (for polishing, etc)? I saw a megs one in halfords and it was like £10! at those rates I will stick with the cotton/polyester cloths I have!

started the task of stripping the tar sounddeading from inside the car last night got all the rear done, just the front to go people who have done it what solvents have you used to get all the glue and remains off the bodywork after? cheers andy
