yes it does, and its something you need if your are planning for more power in the future, as the standard dp is so restrictive. Fitting depends how competent you are, expect some bleeding knuckles!

I'd go for a good brake set up, ARBs / polybushes and depending on the quality of your current suspension, coilovers.

I'd bet that those mods would make your car quicker point to point, more fun and safer than purely power mods would.

I would get a remap, its the best bang for buck.. then nice set of shocks and 35mm springs, i found my mk3 to be really harsh with the coilovers in it
