First question does it have a badge saying Raval 
. Cupra are fond of not letting on what the car model is. You see pass and scratch your head and say which Cupra was that.
Price and specification is going to be one against the other Vag alternatives. That Skoda and the ID mentioned in the link. Crossover not crossover over those models.
I guess this will be a place marker for subsequent Seat EVs that might become available a few years down the line.

Sense would say that given how popular the Ibiza has always been (and they don't offer a Cupra version) why not produce an EV version of that?
There'd definitely be a running for the Ibiza and Arona in full EV form, they're a big motability seller and motab are being pushed hard into EV. They'd share the same underpinnings as the ID.Polo ID.Cross.
I think that if there was a market for it then the Ateca would probably have received the hybrid running gear as used in the Leon and Formentor.

Another one to check. See whether it has the row of click switches to control functions as shown on the upcoming VW IDs. Also whether the infotainment has the simulated cassette drive when playing audio. How much they have carried through from the VW new design into it. Probably a lot. This:

Figured this out already, since you can already make a leasing deal in Netherlands.

Good observation Tell! Do any Cupra’s have badges/ID? I have no idea what im being passed by on the motorway these days other than a Leon or Ateca and that’s because they’re based on Seat’s. It saves painting out what the car is, if it's never put on. VW you pay extra to buy without the markings. Perhaps they need to make the illuminated badges able to be turned on and off as well. Some people moan about their presence. Perhaps if you are a member of the tribe without markings apart from the tribe logo you know. The Terramar and Tavascan look quite similar to me.
When does pre-order open? I assume it will get the £1500 grant but will Cupra apply for the higher level of ECG at £3750?
Finally, I read in Autoexpress that the Cupra Raval is to be announced 0830 on the 9th April will this include prices and specs too?
