00778 - Steering Angle Sensor (G85) problem

Hello all, i have seat ibiza cupra 2004 tdi(bpx engine). And when i bought it i did noticed that esp is not working, when i press esp button nothing happends, but i dont have any ECL on the dash, no esp/tcs light, nothing. After i run VCDS, found this error in ABS block:

Did any of you had a problem like this? and also curious about the coding, is it correct? Becouse as i understand if ESP doesnt work it should throw TSC light on dash. By the way ABS is working but TCS is not. Thnak you!

Logged in into abs block, measured blocks, but it dont show degrees than i turn wheel to sides. Also tried to calibrate steering wheel via basic setting, but it just throw error. Also have new error code:

Update on my problem. So i bought new slip ring, and now my i can see angle degrees in VCDS. So i did basic settings, and calibrated my steering wheel. All ok, no more foults in ABS block, but esp/tcs still doest work, i think i will be somehow disabled with coding. Maybe somebody can share Seat ibiza cupra BPX abs coding with me? see photo for my abs block number and coding:
