2009 Altea XL 1.6 BSE EPC light on and misfire detected

I have been experiencing some issues for the last two weeks. EPC light is on and occasionally now power in low revs when accelerating. VCDS checks show following codes:

Found the problem. One of the spark plugs was loose. It's probably caused the fuel mixture issue and misfire.
