stefan hows that colour coding coming along? no recent pics for us?

no ... canat seem to find the lead for my phone... got 1 side done and orded the other side today... hopefully should be done this week... looking at getting possible a set of tailored car mats or buying a sub

rite nt posted up 4 a bit but today found me phone lead so thought i would post up some recent pics

gt a cupra exhaust backbox off ebay for 99p, chopped off the tip, modified my back splitter to accomodate it, sprayed it black, and managed to fit the exhaust tip

very pleasing IMHO:

you will also notice from the above pics that i have tinted my back lights and my boot handle is also off being sprayed black


The colour coded bump strips didnt seem to work out well so i decided i would have a go spraying black for the time being

you can just see the shorter one is painted black and longer one is standard colour

gt me wind deflectors on and sorted

today i also sprayed my S badge on me front grill black.... will do untill i get a debadged one,, managed to get a standard stereo thats in the post and should be here over the next couple of days,,gt the car up on the ramps the other day to find the front arb had be pushed over about 30mm so that needed correcting oh and gt the whole in me exhaust fixed....

gonna get a couple of hard weeks work in to try and save up for a set of coilies... and hopefully before novemberish time gonna look at gettin a new set of rims (possibly TT comps) probably black,,,

gonna look at getting some new wing mirror covers and spraying those gloss black... as you can probably tell my colour scheme atm is black and red... more pics of any further lil mods to follow within the week.

the rear lights and the wind deflectors are not to my taste, but each to ther own mate. are the rear lights legal? the xaust looks quality and the bump strips look good black, they give contrast between the colours.

nt sure tbh, they let enough light through and on my last car i did the same and the old bill pulled me and said it was illegal only because the reflectors were covered,,, well there not on these lights so presume there ok

Not mad keen on the back lights and also don't like spraying the boot badge black but as said - each to their own.

I do like the Cupra exhaust and you got it for a steal at that price too! Nice work on that!

nice car mate exhaust looks good!....did you use red primer or white as i used the red that halfords recomend and got the same outcome as you but after talking to a painter he said it will be alot better match with a white primer

hehe they look like my wheels except mine have got real audi centre caps

im not sure about the rear lights mate but defo good work with the exhaust

there going black... the drivers side is on back order from seat so just waiting lol...
