My 2016 leon fr 1.4 has an odd oil drip from around the sump plug.
This is after I did an oil and filter change.
I replaced the sump plug and washer twice and both times it leaked. Tried another sump plug and exactly the same drip.
I think the sump plug was overtightened before as I had to really crack it to loosen it off
The sump is getting rusty on the underneath too, think if I scraped at it I'd make a hole through.
Ive ordered a new BGA sump pan with sealant and oil level sensor seal.
Is there an online guide to changing the sump over and is it pretty straightforward?
Means I gotta change the oil again too.

My sump rusted through too. It was replaced last year. Annoying thing is that I recognized the risk a few years ago when I saw a rust patch on the sump. I painted it with Hamerite paint but it didn't work. Years ago people used to say that it was better to leave your engine dirty and oily rather than clean it all the time. Might be something to that is a coating of oil stops your sump from rusting away!
