Don't forget the speedo will be out by a few percent (usually over-read), so its not necessarily REAL WORLD 60mph.

Agreed, but i was using a gps application to check my 0 - 62. And i could reach that 62 mph on my second gear so there is a chance its real (but of course not 100% as those gps things arent 100% accurate either). Also thats just redlining and im not really looking forward to repeat that .




Adam i was quite sure that LC (180) 0 - 62 is 7.7s

Hi not sure thi I thought the top speed in each gear depends on the length of each gear so power shouldn't effect it?My lcr will go past 60 if I nail it def, though I rarely do it as the torque drops of after 6k, so surely all lcr's would do 60 in second.

50 5.9 indicated 53

Obviously thats standard power figures

Adam, is that the figures for an LC?

The reason i ask is I got a 15.2 at the pod in my standard LC before I got it remapped. The only mod I had was a green filter and i removed the spare wheel. either those figures are for a derv or I'm a driving God

Back to the original post. my money is on the beeza. 1/4 mile times are all about bhp/tonne although driver skill also comes into it.

ibiza has similar power but less weight = winner. doubt any will get 14.5. more like 15.2 best.

Dont rate the new civic on performance tbh. My missus's Dad has one and he floors it fairly frequently and it's yet to get me excited shall we say however I can't really remember what it's like driving an unmapped LCR .

I would say the Ibiza could have a fairly decent chance with power to weight etc

I can't see where I've said anything about 0-100kph

But it does say 0-62 7.7sec

those new Flash pro honda plugins are map tuners as well as launch control - good luck

The ibiza just lost it's catchup but still has weight on it's side and just ahead still but is every man for him self now

can always blame the launch control if he beats ya now

leon is heaviest anyway and the other 2 are chipped an tuned byt the looks of it so would it be an advantage or equalisation
