My dealer actually left the empty oil container (with about 500ml left) in the car for me so to prove the oil had been changed and so I had some to top up if necessary at a later date so my oil was definitely not from a bulk oil drum.
I also told them not to worry about changing the pollen filter as I had done it recently so they left me a new pollen filter in the car so I could fit it myself when I needed to as it was included in the service. I wasn't even paying for the service as it was a free one included in the deal when I got the car.
