1.8 16v whose got one? what have i gotta look out for?!

ok so im buying a 1.8 16v beefa on wednesday, anything i need to watch out for?!

Even the newest is getting on a bit, so more important to look for missed maintenance or prospective big bills

IMO. Only if dirt cheap (I think I sold the one I took in part ex with pss9 suspension for £350) funny engine, neither overly powerful, nor overly torquey compared to FL engine offerings

yeah dirt cheap.its better then the other tat on fleabay/gumtree!
