1.9 04 engine sound

Hi iv been having a problem with my alhambra its done 270k and had loads of work done on it but reacently its started making a sort of noking noise coming from the driver side at first I thaught it may be coming from the air filter but was wrong also it only makes the noise when you acelerate over 15rpm could this possibly be camshaft? Thanks

Does it do it when parked up revving out of gear or only when moving in gear?

Is there any vibration via pedals, wheel or chassis?

I have alhambra 54 and I think mine is the similar problem also. When u find out let me know aswel please

Sounds daft, but could be a CV joint - had similar on my Ibiza.

I'm putting eye brows on my alhambra to give it a sportier look
