1.9tdi sportrider td100 remap help

Hi all, have been looking into having a stage 1 remap done, well reading as much as i can on here, lol

Can anyone tell me if i have to change anything ie: filter etc or can i just go for the remap ? & possable costs

Can a garage / insurance company tell if you have remaped it ?

And lastly, i hear p tourqe are good but there miles away from me, anyone recomend any where more local to me, Aldershot Hampshire.

have seen some good numbers from p torque
if you are having a proper remap on the rolling road any other mods will help and give you more gains compared to if you just have a mobile remap
there will be a big difference in the car but how can they prove it

Ideally want the RR remap so I know before & after figures but don't know any good ones local ish

I would always tell insurance companies about any modifications, but thats just me for my own piece of mind.

P-torque are very good, had my remap there...saw 177bhp
