stil newbie on the site been doing lots of research and reading. i saw some pics of a 110 tdi inlet manifold and a 130 and 150 tdi and the 130 and 150 look like a much better design for flow. so my question is will a 130 and 150 inlet manifold fit on a non pd 110 ASV engine and would i need the turbo aswell or will my 110 fit. thanks in advance

The 130-150pd inlet manifold will fit the 110 tdi asv .. but you will have to have to either fit a EGR delete pipe or a EGR valve of a 130/150pd and change the silicon hose. As the 130-150pd uses 57mm bore and the 110 ASV engine has 51mm bore so you will need a silicone pipe which is 90 degrees and reduces fro 57mm to 51mm (search ebay for "silicone 90 degree 51mm 57mm" and you will find plenty ).
I believe you will have a mild power increase in power but could be expensive depending on how much you pay for the manifold & EGR valve.

Hope this helps

You will need the silicone elbow from a 130 if you are fitting the larger egr valve as they have a push fitting instead of sliding it over and clamping it on.

I have a 150 manifold coming off my 110 this week with allard egr pipe if your interested?

How many miles on the clock Kyle?

My 110 has 80k on the clock, I replaced the EGR with a delete day before yesterday and the amount of crap inside the EGR and manifold is unreal. I wanted to take the manifold off and give it a clean but didn't have the time. Id day the airflow capacity was reduced by at least 40-50% with cloggage!

Not sure the Vag EGR mod would make much difference to be honest if the physical restriction of gunk is still in the pipes...

keep us posted man, im interested!

I bored out the EGR parts, but kept the anti-shudder valve.

FMIC pipes are routed the other way also...
