16v headlights

would 16v headlights ( the twin bulb ones ) fit on a 1.4 8v facelift (AEX) ? would it be a plug in and play or would it be messing about with wires?

if you use the same bulbs (headlight/high beam and sidelight) and leave the other headlight empty (the one thats main beam on the GTIs) it should work. GTIs have headlight and high beam seperate then side light under the high beam.

you actually can do it on the cars front grill if your engine gets hot enough.

8v & 16v are the same twin H1 bulb setup

All plug and play mate, same wiring connection just use different bulbs for single or duel camber
