I've had a few on breakers and they've been alright but I have heard a few tales of people saying that they've melted but I've not seen it first hand.
I do know the cheapo silicone elbows split or melt regularly though.

I have the Creation Motorsport charge pipe on mine which uses a much shorter straight length of hose.
I've not heard anything negative on these but in honesty it's early days for me to judge it's durability yet.

If I am honest I cant say - I fitted a hybrid turbo and modified exhaust at the same time - I'm not mapped and wont be for some time so from a performance factor no figures to quantify.
From a build perspective - just as good as anybody elses , fits fine , there might be a bit more turbo noise , I dont have the d.v fitting on mine only boost reference to the n75 so it looks a little neater.

Right.......

Had the hardpipe off yesterday and the baffled end does look slightly restricted.
I had my tape measure out but stupidly i didnt write the figures down. Maybe 8mm?

I'll say now that i cant decide weather a new unbaffled item will make somewhere between no and minimal difference.

The unrestricted pipe is, well, unrestricted and allow better flow.

The standard baffled pipe may have the venturi affect and speed up air flow.

Now im baffled!

Any opinions?

The OEM pipe is baffled for no other reason than keeping noise down and to be honest I like the slightly louder mechanical noises from the aftermarket pipe, plus it looks better :)
