2 dump valves

Can this be right? I have one here in the picture where the standard dump valve is on imperialblues motor and also one joined too a pipe comin off the silver, charge pipe? the one going across the top of the engine?? The car is boosting funny and I originally though it was a defective or leaky dump valve after reading a few posts..

I have the standard one where u see on the pic (imperialblues car)
then I have what looks to be the forge one closer too the front of the engine but its burried down under the N75 an Maf, could this be the cause of boost problems?

ah right i see. i can't really see the thing in the 3rd pic.

On the first picture of your car the valve on the left is the standard bosch dump valve.
Cannot quite see the breather on the second picture but as your car has an aftermarket induction kit on it they usually come with a breather for this purpose.

Yeah pete but i am wondering why it would be left on and having 2 rather than the after market one be fitted in its place??

Sorry just twigged, I see what you are on about. That is bad and it will upset your car.

That large diameter rubber pipe that comes off the side of your bosch dv should run straight to the silver charge pipe.(i.e. where the atmospheric dump valve is connected)

Where does the other end of the pipe on your bosch unit connect to?

Thankyou, finally... lol, so if I go about removing the original one and put the aftermarket one in its place do I just put a stop end on the place where it is at now?
