2000 Cupra AYP Engine Misfire

I have a 2000 Seat Ibiza Cupra 1.8T AYP engine that is misfiring.

I have checked the usual stuff out eg coils, plugs, injectors and have found the following:

there is no spark on no 3 so swapped coils around and still no spark on 3
there is no fuel coming from no 2 injector again swapped things round still problem no 2 injector

any idea what is causing this?

by the way the car has probably been standing for 4 months but i have put new fuel in.

how did you determin the no fuel from injector 2?
you are describing 2 cylinders with different problems?

#3 with a non working spark/coilpack and #2 with non working injector?
do i read it right?

Correct 2 problems but not sure they are linked.

Friend is mechanic who has been looking at it told me injector not producing fuel. Had injector reconned aswell and fully tested.

looks fine and tests indicate fine too.
