Hi Folks
Can anyone help me on this? I have a 2004 Cupra TDi 150 and every single intercooler hose is leaking. Im looking for a reasonabily inexpensive way of curing this so was looking at a full pipe replacement kit. There is a cheap kit on ebay but doesnt look quite right. Does anyone have any experience of this and can give me any advise? Again im not looking at spending ££££. Thanks

This one looks ok but there might be a wee bit fettling to get the right angles

Thanks for the reply. I looked at this one but wasnt sure about the pipe which replaces the "pancake" style pipe which runs along the auxillary belt as it is full width rather than narrow...

I got this kit

And had a bit off cutting todo off some off the pipes but the alloy couplings was a tight fit into the turbo and intercooler I have not had any issues other that the map sensor hole was to big for my map sensor so had to male a paper gasket and that has solved my boost leak out
