2005 Ibiza FR gearbox noise

My wife has a 2005 ibiza FR, it has 60k + on the clock and it has now started a rattle coming from the gearbox . it is a constant rattle but goes away when the clutch pedal is down. Has any of you Ibiza drivers come across this problem before.

Thanks for all info, but it was the gearbox that was fecked. Took it to the local seat dealer and alltough it was out of warranty they replaced it as a goodwill gesture. FR for sale!!!!
